Vouchers and Passes

All railway experiences can be bought as gift vouchers, valid for two years, these make an ideal gift for that special occassion.

Due to Covid-19 and the need to social distance we are unable to do Driver Experiences, we will resume these as soon as possible. We are extending the expiry date of any Driver Experience voucher purchased before the 31 March 2020.

Annual Passes and '31' Club 2021/22 passes NOW ON SALE

2021/22 Annual passes are now available and are a great way to save money if your are a regular visitor. Please note annual passes are not vailid for special events. i.e. Santa Specials, Family Fun Day, Halloween Scream Express. “31 Club” annual pass is valid from March 21 – 31st March 22

Sky Trail closed until Easter 21

Water Chute & Water Balls are open from Easter 21 – 31st October 21, Padaelos open from Easter 21 – 31st October 21.

Please note: height and age restrictions apply to Sky Trail Adventure & Water Walking Balls. Please check opening days and times as some attractions have seasonal opening. Annual Passes are not valid for Special Events i.e. Santa Specials, Halloween Scream Express, Family Fun Day. Children under the age of 15 years must be accompanied whilst traveling on the train. NBR reserves the right to alter, cancel, suspend services or close attractions and NBR accepts no liability for loss, inconvenience or delay caused.

Covid-19 update January 2021

North Bay Heritage Railway is now CLOSED until March 21

Our office is now closed, we can be contacted via social media or email info@nbr.org.uk⠀

To help protect everyone who visits NBR you will see all our staff wearing a mask. You will be asked to sanitise your hands on entry with the sanitiser we provide or your own. A mask is worn on entry and whilst queuing. You can remove the mask when you are on the train or at a table within the Lake area. You will need to fill in the Track and Trace form or scan the NHS Covid-19 QR code with your smart phone. We ask everyone to respect social distancing at 2 meters. We continue to clean each carriage compartment between use, door handles and other touch points on a regular basis.

NBR will be Covid-19 compliant and we ask all visitors to follow the simple rules. Safety of passengers and staff will be put first!

All Driver Experiences will be rearranged once the social distance restrictions are lifted (we are not putting an expiry date on these experiences) We are constantly reviewing these dates and will extend them if needs be. ⠀
